REFUND POLICY

Only if we are unable to provide the service, will we provide a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your order cannot be 100% completed. If the order has been delivered, no refund will be provided, as the services are irreversible.
If you have simply changed your mind, your circumstances have changed or you find cheaper service elsewhere, we will not provide a refund.
The provision of refunds in one instance does not entitle you to a refund in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide refunds in the future, under any circumstance.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. We may provide pro-rated refunds for partially completed services. The amount and form of such refunds, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. These must be processed in due diligence and due process.
Notice of Refund
We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Late or missing refunds
When a refund is submitted, the refund request is sent to your bank immediately. Depending on your bank, the refund can take approximately 5-10 business days. We have no way to expedite this process. Once the refund is issued, we no longer have control of those funds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, you will need to contact your bank.
